How do I get access to HLC Case Manager?
Access is managed by your HLC chairman. They will invite you to join the committee through the app. You'll receive an invitation link to create your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your HLC chairman.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the contact form below to describe the issue or suggestion. Include screenshots if possible, along with your device model and app version (found in Settings).
How is patient data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions within each HLC. Patient case data is automatically deleted within 24 hours of case closure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What platforms are supported?
HLC Case Manager runs on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android (phones and tablets). The app is optimised for both phone and tablet form factors.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. Cases are cached locally for read-only access when you're offline. Any updates you need to make will require an internet connection, and data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
