For every committee member

A secure place for everything on your cases.

Notes, updates, reminders, secondary-case visibility, push on every change.

Secure notes and updates.

Capture everything that happens on a case — phone calls, hospital visits, conversations with consultants, family decisions. Every entry is encrypted on your device before it leaves, stays private to your committee, and appears on the case timeline for everyone assigned.

Status codes that tell the story at a glance.

Each case shows a coloured status chip — Awaiting Surgery, Post-Op, Awaiting Results, Discharged — so when you open the list you instantly see who's where in their pathway. A case stuck in the wrong status is something the Chairman's case-load view also surfaces, which means nothing falls through.

Reminders for upcoming medical steps.

When a case has a scheduled procedure, surgery, or next consultation, set a reminder. The reminder fires on the chosen day with the case context, so you can prepare or hand off without checking a separate calendar.

Full visibility of secondary cases.

Every case where you're listed as secondary contact appears on your home screen alongside your primaries. You see the timeline, the medical contacts, the assignments — the same view the primary has. Step in any time without being asked. A search bar at the top of the list filters across every case visible to you — type a fragment of patient initials, hospital, or consultant name and the matches surface as you type.

Push notifications on every change.

A new case is assigned to you. The primary on a case you back up logs an update. A consultant's cooperative status changes on one of your cases. A follow-up reminder fires. Each event reaches your phone — silenceable by category, respectful of quiet hours.

Face ID or Touch ID — and an app that locks itself.

Turn on biometric login in Settings once, and from then on the app unlocks with a glance. It also re-locks itself the moment your phone screen turns off or you switch apps. The preview shown in the task switcher is blurred, so a colleague borrowing your phone for a moment can't accidentally read a patient name.

Offline access.

Cases are cached locally so you can read them on a hospital floor with no signal. Edits while offline are blocked — nothing is silently lost — and you make the change directly when signal returns.
