AES-256-GCM at the field level. Patient data, case updates, push notifications, HLC member personal data, and audit-log entries are all encrypted before they leave the device. Each committee holds its own key — we cannot read your data.
Role-based access.
Chairman and Secretary add, suspend, and delete members; the Member role does the everyday work. Members sign in with a @jw-hlc.org email (country suffixes like @jw-hlc.org.uk are accepted).
