Cooperative status and HLC-31 consent.
Track each doctor's cooperative status (encounter, cooperative, declined) and whether they've signed HLC-31 consent. Status changes are logged with the date and the member who updated them, so the committee always knows where it stands with each consultant.
Anonymised case history per doctor.
For each doctor, see the anonymised list of cases they've been involved in — specialty, outcome, and which committee member liaised. When a new case lands in a similar specialty, you can point the primary to a consultant the committee has already worked with.
Closing-case follow-up assignment.
During the case closure flow — a guided wizard that anonymises the patient's identifying data as it discharges — the committee decides which cooperative doctors deserve a follow-up. A thank-you, a confirmation that consent was respected, a longer HLC-31 conversation. Each follow-up gets a date and an owner, and the reminder fires on the chosen day. The follow-up survives the patient's anonymisation, because it's logged against the doctor, not the case.
