Run presentations and conferences end-to-end.
Schedule, assign, remind. Everything the committee runs externally, in one calendar.
Calendar views — month, week, list, statistics.
Month view for the big picture, week view for planning, list view for action, statistics view to see what the committee has been doing. Filter by event type or by assigned member to focus.
One-to-One, Large Group, Pop-up Display.
Every external event has a type from a fixed taxonomy — One-to-One, Large Group, and Pop-up Display — chosen at creation. Each type is colour-coded on the calendar, so a glance at the month view tells you what kind of work the committee is running. Statistics break out attendance and frequency by type.
Attendees and push reminders.
Assign committee members as attendees. Each attendee receives a push notification when the event is scheduled, a reminder two days before, and another the morning of. If the event slips, the rescheduling notification carries the new date.
Contact roles — Coordinator, Sponsor, Host, Logistics Contact.
When you link a medical contact to an event, you assign them a role: Coordinator runs point on the day, Sponsor backs the event, Host represents the institution, Logistics Contact handles setup and equipment. HLC members can also be added as Attendees. Roles appear next to the contact's name in the event detail and in the statistics view, so you always know who to call for what.
Statistics that answer the actual question.
The statistics view tracks total events, total presentations, total attendance, and average attendance — broken down by event type and by hospital — across each service year. Per event, you capture the attendance count, the feedback received, and the questions asked. Use it to argue for repeat events at hospital X, justify a different format next time, or give the Chairman a one-screen view of what the committee has run this year.
Linking events to cases.
Each event can be linked to a related case — a presentation at the hospital where the case is admitted, a training session triggered by what was learned on a recent case. The case context is one tap away from the event detail.
Other roles
The other people on your committee get the app too — each role has its own outcomes.
